As a result of the fall into duality, most of us have – by taking embodiment many items on earth – absorbed various lower elements into the four levels of our minds, or our four lower bodies. We have physical chemicals and pollutants in the cells of our bodies. We have emotional scars and accumulated emotional energy. We have dualistic beliefs and energy in the mental body. And we have a very limited sense of identity at the highest level.
